Personal information subject to this Policy will be collected and retained by Patwise Consulting Solutions., at their registered office situated at 3/378, B-302, Baggyam Aura Mills, Oggiyam Thoraipakkam, Chennai- 600096, Tamil Nadu India.

Upon, tendering his/her consent, the user voluntarily supplies such information.

“Personal information” includes:

  • Information provided by the user during the process of registration at our website including the user’s login credentials, full name, age, postal address, contact number and e-mail address. Information provided by the user during purchase, such as a billing address, location, IP address and payment information provided for processing the payment.
  • In the event of the user opting to be registered as a contributor, such information provided for personal identification.
  • Registered users of our websites will also have an option to provide additional personal information such as addresses and phone number(s) within their accounts for delivery of goods or mails. Every user may choose as to what information may be displayed publicly at “Edit Profile” page.

Patwise and its websites collect personal information about its users only. We will ask for user’s consent before using his/her personal information for a purpose other than that listed in this Policy.

Patwise and its websites have the ability to send communications concerning transactions performed by the user, payment reminders and questions concerning purchase confirmation, feedback and reviews.

Users are free to select one-click opt-out possibility to unsubscribe from promotional and advertising communications. Patwise and its websites will not further send promotional and advertising messages once objection is received from a user. This one-click subscription is not available for transactional messages that are generally required. To opt-out of communications connected to transactions, users shall deactivate their accounts.

Our promotional and advertising messages will always contain both return e-mail address and physical postal address of Patwise and its websites. This return e- mail address will be capable of receiving user communications for not less than 30 days after the transmission of the original message.

Personal information collected by Patwise and its websites may be processed and stored in facilities belonging to Patwise and its websites and/or legally used by Patwise and its websites. By providing Patwise and its websites with the personal information, users permit its transfer outside the country within the bounds of such use, provided that privacy laws of such other countries where the information is transferred may significantly vary compared to that in user’s jurisdiction, for the time being in force.

User’s personal information can be disclosed and shared with partner agencies that render services on behalf of Patwise and its websites. Patwise and its websites will immediately remove personal information provided by children and/or search to obtain a verifiable parental consent for the collection, use or disclosure of personal information from children, as soon as it is brough to the knowledge of Patwise and its websites’ that any personal information from children was submitted or collected through the websites.

The User confirms and warrants that he/she has reached the age of 18 and has sufficient knowledge and is adequately informed about the usage of the Site and is aware of the legal obligations, liabilities, responsibilities and/or commitments that can arise as a result of usage of the website and/or its contents and files. 8. Blogs

Our websites offer publicly accessible blogs or community forums. The user shall be aware that any information he/she provides thereinmay be read, collected, stored, processed and used by others who may access them.

Our blog is also managed by a third-party application that may require the user to register in order to post a comment. We do not have access to or control of the information posted to the blog. The user will need to contact or login into the third-party application if he/she requires the personal information that was posted to the comments section removed. 9. Social Media Widgets

Our websites include social media features such as Facebook LIKE button and widgets, such as the SHARE button or interactive mini-programs that run on our websites.
