Patent Agent Examination Training Program 2021 – 2022

Patwise Intends to conduct an intensive 30 hour Training course for the Patent Agent Examination conducted by the Government of India and which has been scheduled for May of 2022.

This module intends to cover the requirements for clearing the Patent Agent Examination.

  • Learning Outcome: At the end of this session, participants will be prepared to face the Patent agent examination conducted by the Government of India and find suitable career as Patent Associates in R&D.

Understanding of IPR – Patents, Designs, Copyrights & Trademark

This module details on the concepts of Intellectual Property Rights, the origins of IP Law in India and other geographies – How we align our IP with US, Europe and other trade countries. The module discusses in detail the concept of IP in Patents, Trademark, Design and Copyrights. We also touch base on Geographical Indication & Plant Breeders Rights.

  • Learning Outcome: At the end of this session, Participants understand the basics of IP and will be able to apply the concepts in their Innovation Cycle.

Understanding Patents – Patents Search, Drafting & Strategies

This module details on the concepts of Patents and its applications more particularly for employees in R&D of corporate organizations and scientist/students in Life science and technology background. This module focuses on practical understanding of Patent, Reading competitor patents, Claim drafting and Defining claim boundaries.

Further, the module is designed to provide effective patent related business strategies for Innovators to accelerate patent activity in Institutions and organizations.
